It is on the level of MS.This office sutie is steadily being upgraded. It is also interchangeable with Microsoft Office Professional, etc.
Longview Community College, Lee Summit, MO Telecommunications Center has free disks and classes in Open Office.
Oh yes web pages may be designed in Open Office. Unlike MS Office, Open Office has clean HTML, no advertisement or excess code.
